Anja Heske, BSc
Anja Heske is a PhD candidate in the Urban and Environmental Psychology Group. In her research, she combines different research methods to explore how nature might benefit close personal relationships. She works closely with the RESONATE project to investigate how natural environments might not only build individual, but also relational resilience.
She completed both her bachelor’s and her master’s degree in psychology at the University of Vienna and has previously worked with the team as both an intern and teaching assistant. In previous projects, she investigated how visiting green spaces might increase community cohesion and worked with Austria Glass Recycling to develop recommendations for improving the labelling of recycling containers.
