Jana Köhler, BSc MSc
Jana Köhler is a PhD candidate in the Urban and Environmental Psychology Group. She completed her bachelor’s degree of Business Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt (Germany) and the University of Cardiff (UK) and her master's degree of Psychological Science at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden). Her research interests can broadly be described as investigating issues within climate change cognition and how cognitions are connected to behaviour. In previous projects she has investigated motivations of citizen scientists, factors of pro-environmental behaviour change, and climate anxiety. Her master’s thesis investigated the relationship between indirect exposure to climate change-related events and climate anxiety in Sweden.
